He brings a unique perspective shaped by experience at the intersection of AI and commercial strategy. As Chief of Staff to the AI leader for Deloitte’s Strategy offering, he helped develop go-to-market offerings spanning Commercial, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce, before focusing more deeply on AI within the Retail and Consumer sector. He recently co-authored Deloitte’s 2026 AI in Retail & Consumer Products survey, which explores how 200 CPG and Retail executives are approaching AI adoption, governance, and value realization.
His work builds on a strong foundation in large-scale commercial transformation, including customer planning, commercial spend, integrated business planning, and RGM analytics. He has led global commercial and RGM programs for CPG manufacturers across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
