Ajay is a leader within Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Insurance practice and has helped insurers realize outcomes of large-scale transformations - transformations typically driven by changes in operating model, core systems transformation, and digital innovation. In that context, he has led policy, claims, and billing programs for leading P&C Carriers. Moving forward, he looks to help his clients improve product and distribution outcomes, enable growth and ‘simplify’ operations, leveraging modern digital platforms and services/cloud architectures. He is the Deloitte Insurance ecosystems / alliances and key accounts leader.
