Adam L. Moehring

Adam, Deloitte Tax LLP partner, is the Washington National Tax leader, East Region Tax Strategy Leader and Tax Managing Partner for Boston. Adam has more than 25 years of public accounting experience and serves as the Global Lead Tax Partner on several large US multinational clients. He has significant experience with a variety of tax issues including accounting for income taxes, mergers and acquisitions, international tax issues, and tax compliance. He has spent two years in Deloitte Tax LLP's Management Development Program, where he worked with the Washington National Tax Office's Subchapter C practice focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions and the US consolidated return regulations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
