Adam leads Deloitte’s Customer practice, including marketing, sales, and customer service, for the High-Tech Sector and is focused on improving customer experience, revenue expansion, and margin capture. He has advised clients on a wide range of customer facing functions including direct and indirect sales transformations, lead to cash and channel technology implementations, professional services automation, customer success technology, digital and technology strategy development, and as-a-service transformations. With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, sales, customer service, and consulting, Adam brings strong technology leadership experience to technical engagements. Recently Adam has led a customer success initiative, a lead to cash implementation, and a service transformation all for technology companies.

He has experience with a variety of enterprise technologies including Salesforce, Certina, Zuora, Netsuite, Oracle, Gong, Clari, major hyperscalers, and full stack custom development. Representative clients served include: Alphabet, HPE, Dell, Red Hat, Vmware, Palo Alto Networks, Broadcom, Microfocus, Cloudflare, Cornerstone on Demand, Teradata, Crowdstrike, and Toast.
