Alex Bredemus is a managing director in the enterprise performance practice with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve manufacturing, innovation, and supply chain performance. He leads the medtech smart manufacturing practice and works with operations and supply chain teams across medtech, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, automotive, and consumer products sectors to transform their supply chain and operations.
Bredemus advises clients on smart manufacturing, manufacturing execution systems transformation, simulation and physical AI, supply chain and manufacturing transformation and M&A, and network optimization. Prior to joining Deloitte, he led strategic supply chain and manufacturing programs such as new manufacturing site standup, product launch, supply chain M&A, continuous improvement all anchored in his experience leading operations in complex environments.
