She has more than 10 years of experience driving consumer-back transformations, including corporate strategy, M&A and portfolio strategy, category/brand positioning, operating model design, new business models, new routes to market, international expansion, and integrated business planning. She helps consumer products companies drive growth and margin expansion through commercial transformation. Abby has a track record of supporting executive teams from strategy through execution, driving change and adoption within organizations and achieving sustained buy-in across stakeholders. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
