Aaron serves as a Deloitte & Touche LLP Audit & Assurance partner and leads the Compensation and Benefits subject matter team in the Professional Practice Network. He also serves as the US Technology Industry Professional Practice Director.
Aaron Shaw is an Audit & Assurance partner in the Accounting and Reporting Services group in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Professional Practice Network, where he oversees the Compensation and Benefits subject matter team. He also focuses on revenue recognition, business combinations, financial statement presentation, and goodwill. In addition, he serves as the US Technology Industry Professional Practice Director. In this capacity, he works with the Professional Practice Network to set policies and respond to emerging regulatory and business developments. He also serves a fortune 50 public company in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector as an audit partner. Prior to joining Deloitte’s Professional Practice Network, he spent two years as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Aaron is a graduate of the University of California – Berkeley and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Washington, DC and California.
