And after more than a decade of operating, we're doubling down on our commitment to help our people, our clients, and our communities so they can reach their fullest potential. Our expanded DU campus in Westlake, Texas, is expected to open in late 2025.

Our location
Our existing quarter-mile-long facility sits within the beautiful natural landscape of Westlake, TX, approximately 30 miles northwest of Dallas. Part learning center, part ranch-style retreat, DU offers multiple venues for learning, eating, networking, and well-being. We’re expanding our campus to create more room to do more of what we do best at DU: where we grow the world’s best leaders!
Since opening the Westlake location in 2011, five more DU facilities have been launched across the Deloitte network: Paris, Hyderabad, Mexico City, Singapore, and Toronto.
At DU, we’re not only focused on your mind, but also your physical well-being and purpose. The Well-Being program at DU demonstrates our commitment to continually reinvent ourselves.

Sustainability
Corporate responsibility—including environmental sustainability—is a top priority at Deloitte University, as it is for the entire Deloitte organization. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification recognizes DU’s sustainable construction and operations.
How do we stay true to our sustainability principles? We use recycled building materials, maximize natural daylight, and recycle construction waste. We also conserve water and limit the use of plastic by providing water bottle refill stations throughout DU. We make intentional hospitality, information technology, dining, and recreational choices to reduce our carbon footprint.
