Updated eligibility requirements

• Be in business for a minimum of four years. Founded on or prior to December 31, 2020.
• Be headquartered within North America (United States and Canada). Subsidiaries or divisions are not eligible unless they have some public ownership and are separately traded. Companies that are acquired prior to the finalization of the list are not eligible to participate.
• Have base-year (fiscal year 2021) operating revenues of at least US$50,000 and current-year (fiscal year 2024) operating revenues of at least US$5 million, with a growth rate of 50% or greater.
• Own proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology that significantly contributes to the company’s operating revenues.
  • A significant portion of the company’s operating revenues must be derived from product or service sales that incorporates the company’s proprietary intellectual property or other proprietary technology, exclusive of related service revenue.
  • Consulting companies, professional service firms, and resellers are not eligible.
