To understand these trends, Deloitte surveyed chief human resources officers (CHROs) and key decision-makers responsible for employee health benefit solutions. The findings reveal that while core elements such as price and network stability remain critical, employers are increasingly focused on employee well-being offerings, flexible coverage, and a more direct relationship with carriers.
