HMRC is consulting on the introduction of a new transfer pricing requirement from 1 January 2027, the international controlled transaction schedule (ICTS). Under the ICTS, those within the scope of UK transfer pricing rules will be required to provide HMRC with an annual schedule of cross-border transactional data annually.
