The global minimum tax rules (‘Pillar Two’) began to apply from 2024 in countries and in-scope organisations are in the processing of preparing for the first reporting deadlines in 2026. Work continues at the G20/OECD Inclusive Framework on technical and administration aspects of the rules and a compilation of Pillar Two-related documents was recently released.
