Michael Van Der Boom

Michael is a Partner in the Strategy, Risk & Transactions team in Switzerland and focusses on M&A transactions, corporate distressed situations and corporate transformations working with Corporate and Private Equity clients. He has over 20 years of M&A and turnaround experience across several industries with a significant focus on in Life Science, Consumer Goods and Industrial Products sectors. Michael also serves as the Growth Managing Partner in the Swiss Executive Team, focusing on markets and clients across all industries and leveraging Deloitte’s multi-disciplinary business model.

Vincent Batlle

Deloitte - United Kingdom
Vincent Batlle joined Deloitte in 2006 to develop the Transaction Services business, particularly with Private Equity clients. He held various positions before becoming head of the Financial Advisory business in 2017. Vincent was also CFO and then COO of Deloitte France. He is now Chief Strategy Officer of the Financial Advisory business worldwide, in charge of developing certain key accounts and a director of the French firm.

Sandra Heuts

Sandra is a partner based in the Netherlands and has over 20 years of experience, mainly with clients in the ER&I and LS industries. Sandra is the NSE Risk Advisory Leader and the global lead client service partner for AkzoNobel, a global strategic customer and world leader in paints and coatings. Prior to her current roles, Sandra was the Chief Operating Officer for Global Risk Advisory and Chair of the Board of the European Cyber Center in Madrid, as well as a member of the NSE Board between June and December 2020. Earlier in her career, Sandra was the C&I leader in the Netherlands, a member of the Executive Board and Executive Committee, and Chair of the Deloitte Fair Chance Foundation in the Netherlands. In both her client-facing and global roles, Sandra focuses on cross-pollinating capabilities, assets and innovations across businesses and between the global and local firm to support clients in major business transformations. Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. She started her career in industry before joining Andersen business consulting.
