- Senior leaders are nominated by their current CXO as having the talent and aspiration to take on a CXO role in the next one to three years.
- Designed for participants from FTSE 350, large international, equivalent-sized private and government organisations.

From understanding board dynamics to discovering how to secure your next role, the Next Generation CXO Academy connects you to the fundamentals for success.
You will also have the valuable opportunity to connect with peers, share ideas and best practice, and provide support to each other as you progress through your career. Following your participation in the Academy you have the opportunity to become a member of the Alumni Network supporting you to further grow your peer connections.
