Chris holds a first-class degree in Modern History from Hertford College, Oxford University. Chris has been particularly active in the digital services (sales to Dentsu, WPP, IPG and Merkle) and media (sales to ITV, RELX, Dentsu and MTG and buyside roles for PE).

Hannah is a Director within Deloitte’s M&A Advisory practice with over fifteen years’ experience across Deloitte’s UK and Australian firms. She specialises in providing advice to privately owned and private equity clients in relation to M&A transactions across the Business Services sector, with particular focus on Human Capital Services, Education & Training and ESG Consulting. Hannah’s early career included experience in audit, where she managed a diverse portfolio of cross-sector private and listed clients. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Physics from Bristol University. Hannah has worked on transactions including advising FTSE 250 clients on non-core disposal programmes, private equity funds on both the buy-side and sell-side, and entrepreneurs on raising development capital and selling businesses.

Dan is a senior member of the Deloitte TMT Corporate Finance team, with over a decade of lead corporate finance experience. Dan leads our IT services M&A offering in the UK. His clients include entrepreneurial and owner-managed IT and telecom services businesses, as well as private equity funds, large corporates and other leading technology providers. Dan advises clients on a range of corporate finance transactions including disposals, acquisitions and finance raising. Dan holds a first class degree from Newcastle University, a Master’s degree from Durham University and is a Chartered Accountant.
