Bill Hall

Bill is a partner in Deloitte’s Consulting practice and leads the UK Health Consulting Team. He has over 20 years’ public sector technology consulting experience within Health, Policing, Transport and Local Government. Bill specialises in assisting clients to plan and deliver technology enabled strategic, organisational and business transformation, with an emphasis on service impact, quality improvement and cost reduction. Bill is a member of the British Computer Society and has a broad range of IT skills including: technology vision and strategy; business case and procurement; programme and project management and systems implementation (design, build, test, train, change management and go-live).

Bill has been a partner for over 10 years and in that period has led projects for a number of Deloitte key clients, including NHS Digital, NHSX, NHS Blood and Transplant, UK Health Security Agency and Digital Health and Care Wales, Barts NHS Trust, Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust, European Medicines Agency, Police National Enabling Programme, Avon and Somerset Police, Met Police and Transport for London. Prior to working in consultancy Bill worked in local government within a number of different departments including strategy, policy, planning and ICT.
