Yaksh is a Manager within our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice based in UK. He has more than 10 years of experience in consulting clients on Asset Management Best Practices. He has worked on multiple business functions across Maintenance & Reliability, Capital projects, Supply chain, Manufacturing excellence, Master data, Business process improvement and Six sigma. His experience covers Oil & Gas, Utilities, Transportation, Chemicals and Manufacturing.
His experience within the Deloitte consulting practice in addition to experiences in Consulting and Manufacturing over the years has given him a broad insight into the challenges an Asset oriented industry faces. He has worked across end-to-end Asset Lifecycle from design to decommission stages. Most of his work is focused on Discovery, road mapping and Solutioning key Asset management solutions like Asset Strategy & performance, Maintenance execution & scheduling, Predictive maintenance and Connected worker solutions across multiple industries.
He is the currently leading Go to market activities for the Enterprise Asset Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) that is functioning as the focal point for asset oriented assignments in NSE with North America & India collaboration and is agnostic of the technology.
He has a Master’s degree in Business management specializing in Operations and Marketing and a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
