Tej is part of Value Creation Services, within the PMI team in Transaction Services. Tej Gill has over 15 years of experience in advising management teams and PE investors on operational performance improvement,
organisation design and transformation, merger integration and carve outs, as well as cash and working capital. He has advised clients in a range of sectors including business services, telecom, technology and media, utilities, retail, transport, distribution & logistics and financial services.
Prior to Deloitte, Tej worked in the Private Equity Performance Improvement team at Alvarez & Marsal. Tej is a qualified chartered accountant, and graduated with a BSc from the London School of Economics.
