Sally joined Deloitte Jersey in 2013 and is now based in Guernsey. She trained as an external auditor, qualifying as a chartered accountant with ICAS in 2005. After qualification, Sally moved to the British Virgin Islands to help set up an audit office for one of the Big Four. During this time, Sally worked on hedge funds, fund administration and was seconded as financial controller to the Virgin group.
In 2009, Sally took on the role of Head of Internal Audit for an offshore bank, overseeing the provision of internal audit services across the wealth management and banking service lines in the Isle of Man, Mauritius and Jersey.
Sally has a wealth of experience in external audit for insurance, wealth management and fund management and internal audit across retail and corporate banking, fund administration, trust, structured products and captives. She is also experienced in regulatory advice and support in Jersey and Guernsey for licensed businesses, regulator lead projects and audit teams.
Sally holds various securities institute qualifications and basic stockbroking qualifications including MSc Banking & Finance and BSc Business Studies & Accountancy. She is also ICAS CA qualified.
