Scott Nicholass

Scott is a UK Consulting Partner, and has worked in Financial Services for more than 25 years, in both the industry and professional services. His primary market focus is around complex, technology-enabled transformation programs. He specializes in shaping innovative value-based deals and partnering with clients and third parties alike to deliver their most challenging business outcomes, aligned to a commercial vehicle.

Over the last 15 years, Scott has led large-scale transformation programs at some of the world’s largest banking and insurance companies.

Scott is the leader of technology for Deloitte’s Global Financial Services Consulting practice. He also leads ‘Sales and Delivery Excellence’ for UK Consulting, across all industries. This includes the development of the UK Pursuit Centre of Excellence (PCoE), and a program to enhance our delivery effectiveness across what is currently a £600m portfolio.
