Richard leads an Edinburgh based team of Chartered Surveyors providing real asset valuation assurance services. Richard is a RICS Registered Valuer and has extensive valuation consultancy experience advising both public and private sector clients across Scotland and providing real estate due diligence and valuation assurance across the UK.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Richard headed Drivers Jonas’ Scottish Valuation team since 2005. He has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property market and has been employed in both private practice and the public sector in Scotland, having also worked for GVA (Avison Young), James Barr and the former Strathclyde Regional Council.
