Richard McDonald is a partner with Deloitte UK and leads the Chinese Services Group (UK CSG). UK CSG has a cross-business leadership team, supported by a network of more than 150 bilingual professionals in the UK, providing support to Chinese companies’ UK inbound activities as well as UK companies’ outbound activities in China. Richard and UK CSG work closely with Deloitte China's leadership to support Chinese companies in all aspects of their growth strategies for the UK, whether setting up operations in the UK for the first time or further expanding through acquisition or other forms of investment.
