Rob is a Partner in our Operations Transformation practice and is our global lead for operating model transformation in the Life Sciences industry. He has 19 years of consulting experience, specialising in cross functional or end to end operational transformation programmes including cost assessment, opportunity identification and target operating model development. He has worked across multiple industry sectors including Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Retail, Professional Services, Finance, Public Sector and the not-for-profit sector.
