Phill is a Partner with Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE) based in the UK. He is the Chief Operating Officer for Global Risk Advisory. In addition to his Global RA COO role, Phill leads activity for Cyber/Cloud across NSE.
His background is in the planning and execution of major change programmes within IT organisations to transform their efficiency, effectiveness and linkage to business strategy. These programmes typically have involved changes in strategy, people’s behaviours, reconfiguration and refresh of technology together with process redesign. Prior to his current roles, Phill led UK Cyber since November 2014 when the business was within Consulting. Phill is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security.
