Paul is a Manager in the Capital Programmes practice. Paul has over 13 years’ experience in consulting and public sector across Australia and the United Kingdom. His focus is on delivering strategic transformation, programme management and operational readiness projects for public sector and transport clients. Paul has led several successful operational readiness projects, including the introduction of a new rail service timetable, and the rapid establishment of a high throughput laboratory testing network.
