Oliver Seal

Oliver Seal leads the UK Digital Education practice, working on large scale complex agile digital programmes that transform learner and staff experiences. Oliver has experiences across the public sector including Civil Government and Security and Justice.

Over his career Oliver has drawn together related specialities including: business architecture and analysis, programme management, digital strategy, customer centric target operating model design, benefits management, agile delivery, Design Authority (setup, chairing and secretariat), agile governance, and design and configuration of digital systems. 

He works with large, ambitious and dynamic HE sector clients who are committed to delivering their strategy through meaningful digital transformation.
