Nicola Lywood

Nicola is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Total Reward and Benefits team. She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has over 10 years experience advising companies in respect of their pension arrangements. This includes corporate cash funding valuations, large scale, complex pension change projects and payroll rectification exercises.

Nicola has a focus on financial wellbeing and how companies can utilise their existing reward packages to facilitate greater change.
