Neville has direct responsibility for all aspects of Quality and Risk management for the 5,000 person UK consulting practice. His team is responsible for assessing new opportunities, identifying and mitigating risks, providing guidance on pricing, and supporting contracting. During engagement delivery his group monitors quality, supporting our delivery teams and clients should quality or commercial issues emerge. He also helps ensure that the UK Consulting business deals effectively with independence, ethics, data confidentiality, money laundering, physical security, and business continuity.
Neville is also responsible for leading Quality and Risk management across the North South Europe group of 12 Consulting practices, and as the EMEA leader he also provides support, guidance and oversight to Deloitte’s entire Europe, Middle East and Africa group of practices.
