Nicola is an M&A and corporate law partner in Deloitte Legal. She leads the team’s focus on the healthcare industry, drawing on her transactional capabilities, and experience managing in-house legal teams in global healthcare.
Nicola is an experienced M&A lawyer, has been named on the Northern Power Women Future List and has supported many high-profile North West businesses.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Nicola held roles with Addleshaw Goddard and Eversheds Sutherland. In addition, she was previously General Counsel at a private equity backed global healthcare business, providing support across all areas of the business, including acting as company secretary and strategic adviser to the senior leadership team.
