Matt Jeavons

Matt is a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Borders Trade & Migration practice. He has a background in architecture and delivery, mainly operating within large public sector transformation programmes.

Matt has led the architecture engagement across a number of key transformation programmes, covering multiple business domains. Matt’s principal role, is to build and maintain successful client relationships, in order to understand their business drivers and goals. Enabling the design, of fit for purpose solutions, that facilitate transformation and deliver tangible benefits.

Matt specialises in customs, international trade and border security. His recent focus has been on the GB’s exit from the EU and the impact on government and private sector industries involved in international trade supply chain.
