Mark is a pension covenant and restructuring advisor, leading our pension covenant advisory services in the North. He has over 20 years’ experience advising a range of different stakeholders, providing financial business reviews, options analysis and stakeholder management for investors, lenders and pension stakeholders, both trustee and employer side.
His focus on pensions related work includes advising on the strength of employer covenant for triennial valuations, as well as undertaking pre and post transaction analysis in M&A, transaction and refinancing situations. Mark also has experience of PPF Guarantor Strength Reviews, Flexible Apportionment Arrangements and material detriment reviews.
