Marcus Boyle

Marcus is one of Deloitte’s most senior Partners and has over 30 years of consulting experience. He works with the Firm’s most significant clients on their scale engagements. These are generally major change initiatives requiring him to work with main Board Directors and senior leadership teams to drive change in their operations. Some recent examples include the merger of two media organisations to create a global market leader, restructuring a FTSE100 global organisation, reviewing the structure of a FTSE100 business, numerous operational reviews, and working with a global bank on their international strategy. He is currently leading a number of major assignments at one of the world’s largest banks.
