Matt began his career in financial services audit, concentrating within private equity, London main market listed funds and insurance markets.
Matt now works within Advisory, primarily leading public market fundraisings and private M&A transactions and providing valuation advice both internally and externally.
Past experience includes financial modelling assurance, vendor assist carve-out and FDD projects, investment fund equity capital markets reporting accountant engagements (IPOs and follow ons) and assisting on international bond listings.
