Lotta leads Deloitte’s M&A Financial Investors Transfer Pricing team in London.
She is a transfer pricing partner with over 15 years of experience in transfer pricing across industries, in particular from working with large consumer business groups and private equity backed companies.
Her specialism is transfer pricing within M&A, working on due diligence and post deal restructuring together as part of the M&A tax team for both private equity and corporate clients.
The Financial Investors Tax team comprises Deloitte’s M&A, Infrastructure, Credit, Real Estate, Investment Management Reporting and Private Market Funds businesses. The team of over 360 tax professionals operates nationally and focusses on advising financial investors and corporates on all elements of a transaction and private market funds and investment managers on capital raising, deployment and reporting.
