Liz is a Public Sector Advisory Partner who leads our national Board Advisory team. Liz is passionate about supporting leadership teams to change, develop and grow. She uses her experience of working across different NHS organisations nationally to support leaders and Boards to maximise their impact and influence. Liz also brings extensive experience of working with the Boards of some of our most financially challenged organisations supporting organisations leaders at individual and team level to drive transformation and delivery success. Liz is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in Public and Social Policy Management from the University of Birmingham.
