Kathy is a Partner in the Public Sector practice at Deloitte with lead responsibility for consulting services. An occupational psychologist by training, Kathy combines a focus on productivity, efficiency and performance improvement with expertise in leadership development and programme management. Prior to joining consultancy, Kathy worked in the public and third sectors in Northern Ireland in the Making Belfast Work Initiative and at the NSPCC respectively.
