James is an Assistant Manager within the Real Estate Advisory team. He advises on a broad range of real estate and infrastructure projects with a particular focus on public sector organisations.
James joined Deloitte from the Civil Service, where he worked as a project delivery professional in the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and the Department for Business and Trade (DBT).
Prior to joining the Civil Service, James was a historian of early modern Britain.
