Jack is a Director in Deloitte’s Specialist Valuations team and leads on the team’s commercial valuation offerings. He specialises in valuations of intangible assets and businesses to support M&A, fundraising, special situations across restructuring and insolvency, disputes, and expert valuer engagements.
Jack has further delivered a number of high-profile valuations for tax and accounting purposes, supporting transactions in the billions of pounds. He has an unrivalled breadth of market experience in relation to the valuation of intangible and hard-to-value assets within the context of real-world transactions and buyer / seller negotiations, having advised on hundreds of intangible asset transactions over the past decade.
Jack has led valuations to support many of the UK’s highest-profile intangible asset transactions, having worked with industry-leading consumer retail brands, software companies, and entertainment businesses. His advice has informed many of the UK’s leading private equity firms, banks, credit funds, law firms, and restructuring professionals.
Jack is a Chartered Valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer.
