Jennifer Holland joined Deloitte in 2022 as Insight Research manager. Prior to working at Deloitte, she completed a PhD at the University of Brighton and has led research projects in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Her work has been published in both top-tier academic and industry publications. She is based in Norwich, UK.
