Jordan Belgrave

Jordan is an Assistant Director within the Infrastructure & Real Estate Capital Projects team. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 11 years’ experience advising on large construction & infrastructure projects for a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector. Jordan’s focus is commercial advisory, assurance, and transformation of construction capital projects across transport, telecoms, energy, water and data infrastructure as well as heritage, mixed use, commercial, residential and defence real estate both abroad and in the UK.  In addition to supporting clients, Jordan leads our internal occupiers and capital projects business finances, which includes the management, oversight, planning & reporting of our business’s performance.
