Ian Whitefoot

Ian is a Partner in our Transactions assurance team and has 13 years experience helping businesses prepare and execute transactions, from trade M&A, private to public IPOs and UK Class 1 transactions.

Ian is also an audit partner and therefore has a keen focus on the financial workstreams associated with Transactions such as the audit of historical financial information, preparation of complex carve outs and controls integration/diligence engagements.

Ian has worked on over 25 transactions and has significant experience helping businesses prepare carve out financial information and ensuring seamless interaction with other work-streams and auditors.

Ian is the Talent lead for our Corporate Assurance business, responsible for development, performance and appraisal of our assurance practitioners.
