Possessing over 8 years' experience in both banking and consulting, she advises public and private sector entities on navigating complex regulatory landscapes, particularly concerning sanctions compliance and anti-bribery and corruption measures.
Before joining Deloitte, Ieva held positions at the EFG Private Bank both 1st and 2nd Line of Defence, Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and the Risk Advisory Group specialising in the Eurasian region advising companies on defence and security-related matters.
