Ian Chamberlain

Ian is a Director in the Financial Advisory Transaction Services team in Bristol and has over 20 years of deal experience, primarily due diligence and equity capital markets. He has a wide experience of transactions across many sectors and for both corporates and private equity investors, UK and cross border and acting both sell side and buy side. His capital markets experience includes IPOs on the UK main market, AIM and overseas markets as well as City Code transactions, IPO Assist and IPO Readiness reviews.
