Her main specialisms are valuations for capital taxes and income tax purposes, particularly in the context of complex employee incentive arrangements and on transactions.
In addition to advising clients in relation to valuation strategy, Hannah has successfully led very many negotiations with HMRC.
Her varied experience enables her to offer advice on a broad range of valuation issues over a wide industry base.
