Howard is the Global Operations Transformation Leader within Consulting.
In the market, Howard specializes in the design and implementation of operational strategies to a mix of service industries – with a particular focus on both the convergent TMT (Telecoms, Media & Technology) & Business Services sectors. Howard leads Consulting’s TM&E (Telecom, Media & Entertainment) practice in the UK.
In particular, he is an experienced leader of complex operational transformation programs with skills and specialism in:
- Operational strategy
- Operating model design & delivery
- Developing the initial strategic and business planning phases of major change programs
- Shaping & leading business improvement, cost reduction & major operational restructuring programs
Howard has over 20 years' operational experience working at the board level, built across a wide range of global consulting assignments, and has a proven track record of managing large, multi-skilled teams in complex delivery environments. His primary clients include: TMT – BT, BBC, News Corporation and Sony; Services – Compass (Global LCSP) and Sysco.
