Heather is a Manager within Deloitte’s Major Programmes team. Heather specialises in supporting clients with Programme Delivery, Transformation and Sustainability on Capital Projects within our Major Programmes team. Heather has experience across social and environmental impact, data and digital strategies, data visualisation and reporting, innovation, and digital project delivery & controls. Heather is also a thought leader in Deloitte’s Major Programmes Digital Catalyst community, bringing together practitioners from across the firm to support clients with digitally transforming major programmes.
Heather has held a number of roles in projects across Energy (Oil & Gas), Mining, Health, Operations and Logistics, in both Public and Private sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte, she gained a range of experience in Start Ups and internationally with a Global Energy Company leading several high value projects.
