Prior to joining Deloitte she was CEO at Legal AI technology platform Luminance, taking the business from start-up to market leader with a £100m valuation in less than four years. Through this process she became passionate about the changing landscape within the legal profession and was inspired to continue helping legal teams adapt and thrive, this time through the introduction of Legal Managed Services.
Before Luminance, Emily spent twenty years in M&A, leading the integration of businesses across a number of industries including Retail, Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals. This experience of creating new businesses by bringing together existing companies was the perfect foundation for building transformational new propositions, backed up by the teams and technology to drive them to success.
