Duncan Farrow-Smith

Duncan leads Deloitte’s Strategy, Analytics and M&A (SAMA) Consulting Offering Portfolio in the UK.  This comprises the Monitor Deloitte and Net Zero strategy teams, the firm’s AI & Data practice and AI Institute, and the M&A strategy & transformation capability.

Duncan has worked across multiple industry sectors over his career and is currently the Lead Client Service Partner for our Defence business in the UK and Middle East.  He is passionate about helping clients address their most complex business problems by developing actionable strategies that deliver value through growth, cost reduction, restructuring and digital transformation.
