David is an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with an ambition to help businesses plan, implement and govern the successful delivery of capital projects.

David plays leading roles in major real estate programmes, with over 10 years experience working across the UK and internationally to support Clients in their delivery of capital projects and strategic investment planning.
Acting as engagement lead, David gives advice and confidence to boards and steering committee’s on project deliverability, strategy and performance improvement initiatives to manage distressed schemes.
Alongside his work, David is passionate about advancing the industry and Client service through innovation and supporting the next generation of Chartered Surveyors in his role as an APC Assessor.
