David Hawley

David is Deloitte’s Public Policy and Regulatory leader in the UK and its Public Policy Leader in North and South Europe.

He set up the firm’s Public Policy function in the UK, and is a member of Deloitte’s Global Regulatory Leadership Advisory Board and its Public Policy Executive Committee. 

Previously David was a leader in Deloitte’s strategy consulting practice. He led the development of Deloitte’s strategy globally, in the UK and in multiple other geographies, set up its strategy consulting practice for professional services and led many of the firm’s largest and most complex strategy consulting relationships.
